Clinical effect of chitosan biological fluid dressing
on the healing of various wounds

Abstract

AIM：To summarize and analyze the clinical curative effect and usage method of chitosan biological fluid dressing (CBFD) in recant years.

METHODS：Some relative Chinese papers were searched for in China Journal Full-text Database (CJFD) with computer from January 1998 to December 2005 with the key words of “Chitosan, biological Dressing, burn and wound, bedsore”.

RESULT:Expect through the rightness 1 228 cases of burns and wounds, Ⅱdegree and above of 275 bedsore sites of research result of the treatment. The CBFD had wound surface protection, infection prevention and heal promotion and with more comprehensive biological effect, and its curative effect was accurate. The results surpassed the medicine and the dressing of normal regulations obviously. For difficult cure of bedsore the cure rate also was up to 80%, and the total efficiency attained above 90%. Its curative effect was obviously better than the normal regulations therapy of bedsore, with clinical usage value and instructive significance.

CONCLUSION: The curative effect of CBFD is better than the normal regulations medicine or dressing for the burn, the wound and the bedsore obviously.

摘要
目的：总结与分析近年来壳聚糖生物流体敷料膜在临床领域中的疗效及使用方法。
方法：应用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库1998－01/2005－12的相关文章。限定文章语种为中文，检索词：“壳聚糖、生物敷料、创伤与烧伤、压疮”。
结果：通过对1 228例烧伤、创伤患者治疗的对照研究结果证明，壳聚糖生物流体敷料膜在临床应用上具有保护创面、预防感染、促进愈合等综合生物学功效，其疗效确切，效果明显优于常规的药物和敷料。对于难治性的Ⅱ期及以上的275处压疮病例，治愈率也高达80%，总有效率达到90%以上，其疗效明显优于压疮的常规疗法，具有临床使用价值和指导意义。
结论：壳聚糖生物流体敷料膜在治疗创伤、烧伤及压疮的疗效明显优于常规疗法。
