病区信息系统的建设方案★

AIM： It has been accepted that the patient-oriented mode is the central link among all the tasks in hospital. The construction of ward information system is the concretion of the clinical information system (CIS), and is vital in the hospital information system (HIS) construction. The author analyzed the goals and feasibility of the ward information system, discussed its designed scheme, especially in electric medical document, and wish to promote the HIS construction, so as to explore the construction scheme for ward information system.

METHODS： The design proposal of patient-oriented ward information system was probed into, and the importance of establishing HIS was explained. The problems existing in the HIS were illustrated, and the construction as well as the composition of ward HIS were put forward.

RESULT: The construct goals and design proposal of ward information system were established with electronic medical record as the center.

CONCLUSION:The design proposal is reasonable, the technology is advanced and the methods are feasible.

摘要
目的：以患者为中心的临床医疗工作是医院各项工作的中心环节，病区信息化建设是临床信息系统在各个病区的具体化，是医院信息化建设的根本，论述以电子医案为中心的病区信息化建设目标和设计方案，分析其可行性，试图对医院信息化建设能够促进和深化。
方法：探讨建立以患者为中心的病区信息化系统的设计方案。论述建立病区医疗护理信息系统的重要性，说明现有医院信息系统存在的问题，提出病区医疗护理信息系统的组成和结构。
结果：建立了以电子医案为中心的病区信息化建设目标和设计方案。
结论：方案设计合理，技术先进，方法可行。
