腰椎椎间融合器置入后的疼痛评价★

摘要:腰椎椎间融合器应用于腰部和骶部的椎间盘退行性病、腰椎假关节、脊柱滑脱等疾病的治疗,具有创伤小、恢复快、操作简便、安全性高的特点,是一种效果可靠的治疗腰部疾病疼痛的方法,且手术适应证和方法都有了新的进展,本文将从椎间盘退变的生物力学角度分析,对腰椎盘源腰痛的机制,以及椎间融合器治疗疼痛的效果进行探讨,对可吸收融合器、不可吸收融合器、异体骨螺纹融合器的比较,寻找具有良好的生物相容性、骨诱导性、足够强度的椎体间支撑材料。

Pain assessment after implantation of lumbar interbody fusion cage

Abstract: Lumbar interbody fusion cage is used for treating lumbar and sacral intervertebral degenerative disease, lumbar prosthetic joint, and spondylolishesis. It exhibits minimal invasion, rapid recovery, simple operation and high safety, and becomes an effective and reliable therapy for low back disorder-caused pain. In addition, the surgical indications and technique are developing. This study aims to explore the mechanism of lumbar disk-derived low back pain, and effect of interbody fusion cage on pain relief at biomechanical level. We compared absorbable fusion cage, unabsorbable fusion cage, and allograft threaded fusion cage to search the intervertebral support materials with good biocompatibility, osteoinductive, and high intensity.
