摘要：矫形器主要用于肢体运动功能障碍的治疗与康复，预防、矫正肢体畸形或代偿肢体丧失。下肢矫形器是用于整体或部分下肢的矫形器，是使用最早、最广泛的矫形器。本文应用PubMed 数据库和中国期刊全文数据库检索2001-01/2007-12的相关文献52篇，最终纳入19篇进行综合分析。重点了解下肢矫形器的分类、特点及功能，以及如何根据患者的功能障碍确定矫形器的装配。综合评价应用设计适宜的下肢矫形器矫正脊髓损伤后截瘫、脑卒中后偏瘫、脑性瘫痪后遗症、先天性马蹄内翻足的临床疗效，并探讨其未来发展趋势。

Application characteristics of lower limb orthosis

Abstract:Orthopedic instrument is used for the treatment and rehabilitation of limb motor dysfunction to prevent and correct limb deformity or limb loss. Lower limb orthosis is the instrument for the whole or partial lower limb, and the earliest and widely used orthosis. In this paper, a computer-based online search of PubMed database and Chinese Journal Full-text Database was undertaken for articles dated from January 2001 to December 2007. Fifty-two articles were selected and 19 were included for reviewing. The articles introduce the classification, features and functions of lower limb orthosis, and selection of orthosis according to patient functional disturbance. The clinical effects of selected lower limb orthosis on correcting paraplegina after spinal cord injury, hemiplegia after stroke, cerebral palsy sequelae, and congenital talipes equinovarus are summarized to explore future developing trend.
