摘要：回顾性分析2002-06/2007-04 石河子大学医学院第一附属医院心胸外科行覆膜支架置入治疗DeBaKeyⅢ型主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者12例。主动脉夹层裂口2个以上者10例，第2裂口位于腹主动脉段者8例，2例于胸主动脉中下段。采用国产覆膜支架（北京裕恒佳科技有限公司）血管内置入治疗。所有患者对治疗知情同意。12例患者支架全部成功置入，共置入12枚支架，其中带锁骨下动脉分支型支架2枚，支架长度80~100 mm，直径32~38 mm（平均34.8 mm）。1例出现内漏重复扩张后内漏消失，其余患者未出现与夹层及手术有关的并发症。所有病例术后无支架腐蚀、降解、扭曲等；术后血凝分析、血小板数量与术前比较差异不大，未出现溶血反应。结果提示应用国产覆膜血管内支架置入治疗DeBaKeyⅢ型胸主动脉夹层瘤，创伤小，安全有效、成功率高，近期疗效满意。

China-made stent-graft for treating DeBaKeyⅢ aortic dissection aneurysm in 12 cases

Abstract : Between June 2002 and April 2007, 12 patients with DeBaKeyⅢ dissecting aortic aneurysm were treated by coated stent-graft and evaluated at the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery of First Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shihezi University. There were more than two aortic dissection split in 10 cases, 2 gaps in the abdominal aorta in 8 cases and two cases in the middle of the thoracic aorta. Coated stent (Beijing YuHengJia Technology Co., Ltd.) were placed successfully in twelve patients. Each patient signed an informed consent. 12 stents were successfully implanted in 12 patients. There were 2 subclavian artery branch stents, frame length of 80 to 100 mm, diameters ranged from 32 to 38 mm (mean 34.8 mm). Internal leak was verified in one patient and was resolved by repeated stent distension. There were no severe procedure-related complications and accidents related to the dissection and surgery. None patients developed stents corrosion, degradation or distortion. Little difference was detected in blood coagulation and preoperative platelet volume, and no hemolytic reaction was detected. Coated stent-graft is a safe, minimally and effective treatment for selected patients with DeBakeyⅢ dissecting aortic aneurysm..
