摘要
目的：评价国产先健动脉导管封堵器作为栓塞材料应用于肺动静脉瘘管的生物相容性及其安全性。
方法：选择2005-07/2007-11中南大学湘雅二医院心导管室采用经导管先健动脉导管未闭封堵器封堵治疗动静脉瘘管4例，男1例，女3例，平均年龄24岁，其中3例为右下肺动静脉瘘，1例为左下肺动静脉瘘，均为单支供血动脉，平均供血动脉直径10 mm；主要临床表现为呼吸困难，均有紫绀及杵状指,2例有杂音，封堵器为深圳先健公司生产。
结果：4例患者栓塞均获得技术成功,未见封堵器脱落移位,局部右向左分流消失,股动脉血氧饱和度由术前76%上升至术后96%。未发现血小板减少、溶血、白细胞增多现象。
结论：国产先健动脉导管封堵器封堵肺动静脉瘘安全可靠，且未发现特殊生物相容性问题。

Embolization of the pulmonary arteriovenous fistula with home-made Xianjian persistent ductus arteriosus occluder

Abstract
AIM: To evaluate the biocompatibility and safety of embolization of the pulmonary arteriovenous fistula with home-made Xianjian persistent ductus arteriosus (PDA) occluder as a new embolic material.
METHODS: Experiments were performed at the Room of Cardiac Catheter of Xiangya Second Hospital of Central South University from July 2005 to November 2007. Four patients (1 male and 3 females) with the pulmonary arteriovenous fistula received the transcatheter embolotherapy. Mean age was 24 years. Of them, 3 cases were right pulmonary arteriovenous fistula and 1 case was left pulmonary arteriovenous fistula, simple feeding artery, and mean diameter of feeding artery was 10 mm. Clinical manifestation included dyspnea, cyanosis and acropachy in all cases and murmur in two cases. Occluder was produced by Shenzhen Xianjian Company.
RESULTS: Embolotherapy was successful in four patients. No occluder detachment was detected. The local right to left shunt all disappeared. The mean femoral arterial oxygen saturation level was increased from 76% to 96%. No thrombocytopenia, haemolysis increase or leucocytosis was found.
CONCLUSION: Transcatheter embolization of the pulmonary arteriovenous fistula with home-made Xianjian PDA occluder is safe and reliable. No special biocompatibility problems were found.
